Enterprise Networking Infrastructure Solutions

The Enterprise Network denotes a simple WAN (Wide Area Network) and LAN (Local Area Network). This is the core IT infrastructure that organizations use to provide connectivity for its end users, end devices and applications. LAN enables inter-communications between users, devices, and applications of the same organization while WAN is an enabler of inter-LAN communications; communications of disparate, different, and far located companies. This is the Core element of an organization since everything IT uses it as an overlay to run on top. Voice, Video, security, applications, IOT, all need the Network for their operations.

The Enterprise Network comprises of

  • Campus and Branch Network: it provides fixed and mobile access to both users and devices. They are present in all areas of the organization office.
  • Data Center Networks: These are networks that connect applications, workloads, and Data within an organization. They are normally optimised for low latency, security, and mission critical reliability.
  • WAN (Wide Area Networks): Networks that connect buildings, facilities, companies, campuses to other branches, to other Data Centres. They are optimized for user experience and bandwidth efficiency.

Advantages of an optimized Enterprise Network

Clymora Technology endeavours to make you Enterprise Network fully optimized for better performance. Our plan and implementation action involve delivering an;

Always-On Connectivity

Cloud Integration
Enterprise Networks should provide seamless connectivity between users and cloud applications. They also optimize workloads between on-premises locations and public clouds.
Network Management
Using tools such as NMS, Bandwidth Graphing, give administrator the ability to set permissions, rules to differentiate users and monitor the performance of the network and take corrective measures from a central interface.
Enhanced Security
The Network is the primary detector of threat and enforcer of security and compliance. This is done through device identification, profiling, Network monitoring, authentication, access controls, segmentation and device and account management.
Digital Transformation
It involves the Enterprise Network readiness to support digital initiatives and services.

Components of an Enterprise Network

Routing and Switching

This is the backbone of any Network whether small or big. Clymora Technology has partnered with the leading known names in the industry. Our customers will have access to robust, tested, and mature products. We have expertise in Cisco, Juniper, Arista, Microtik devices both Routers and switches.

Wireless Solutions

There is increased need for users/employees to connect via wireless due to the flexibility and roaming capabilities. Employees operations: Teams and Skype meeting will always be on and not interrupted when moving to different rooms. All they just need is to connect to the WIFI. Cisco, Aruba, Fortinet, Microtik and Ubiquiti.

Data Center Switching

High scale Data Center Switches like Cisco Nexus 7000 family is designed to meet the scaling needs of the most demanding Data Centres today and in the future. The Cisco Nexus has VDS which are virtual domains system. This VDS can be configured to represent different implementations of either a Layer 2 switch or Layer 3 Equipment. Example 1 VDS can be configured to represent either a Virtual Switch or a virtual Router. So, a single Nexus 7000 family chasis can have several VDS in 1 box.

Structured Cabling

This is the physical wiring that a Network Infrastructure rides on. It is building or campus cabling Infrastructure consisting of several standardized elements like twisted pair, optical cabling, patch panel and patch cables.
Structured cabling supports video, voice, data transmission and its associated hardware.
It has many advantages. Its looks neat and easier to maintain or expand over time.

Solutions Provided

We will help you create and design an efficient and cost-effective Enterprise Network. Below is our expertise.

Enterprise Security Infrastructure Solutions

This is how organizations protect their informational assets, IT systems, its human resource from theft, unauthorized network entry, data breaches or cyber-attacks. Most security solutions need the Network Infrastructure to ride on for smooth operations. Cyberattacks are a major concern to various enterprises and businesses as the threat landscape increases exponentially. After the pandemic most companies really adopted the work from home culture which made 60-70% of employees work from home. The traditional security perimeter is now expanded and extended due to the growth of remote work, cloud infrastructure and the use of mobile users and IoT devices has create security challenges.

The threat actors have also improved their attacking methodology, velocity, intensity, and complexity hence attacks have risen tremendously.

At Clymora Technology our Enterprise Security architecture strategy involves providing comprehensive defence-in-depth protection for an organisation’s assets against malicious actors. We employ three core principle when implementing a security solutions;

Consolidation/Specificity

We will endeavour to deploy, design, configure and support a single standalone solution from one vendor for effective management, operation and scalability.

Zero Trust

This is an architecture built to reduce a network’s attack surface, prevent all types of attack, threats and lower the risk of data breach. This is a model that puts aside the traditional network perimeter, where devices and users are trusted and given broad permissions in favour of least-privilege access controls, role-based access controls, defence-in-depth, endpoint security etc.

Threat Prevention

Clymora Technology is more focussed on prevention strategy because this means that the threat is detected and neutralized. An Enterprise Security architecture should be proactive in blocking the access vectors and attack surfaces used by the attackers and identify and block threats before the damage the corporate assets. Prevention is better the detection. It minimizes the cost and impact of an attack in the organization. Clymora Technology’s Enterprise Security solution proposal includes the below security tools to handle the ever-changing threat landscape to enable our customers meet today’s challenges.

Clymora Technology’s Enterprise Security solution proposal includes the below security tools to handle the ever-changing threat landscape to enable our customers meet today’s challenges.

a

Network Access Control (NAC)

It enforces access control, security policies on devices and users attempting to access their network. NAC products help identify users and device type, identify who, what and from where they are connecting from. What resources they can access.

b

Data Loss Protection (DLP)

It protects against sensitive data being accidentally or maliciously transmitted outside an organisation. They work by monitoring network traffic for data elements that match specific characteristics or patterns such as those with PII, credit card, or social security numbers.

c

Firewalls

These are built for filtering network traffic using rule set by the administrator. They protect against malware, unauthorized logins, ransomware, and variety of other security threats. The latest firewalls which are Next Generation do deep packet inspection, application-level traffic filtering and intrusion detection and prevention. We have three types of firewalls, packet filtering. Stateful filtering and Application aware firewalls.

d

Intrusion Prevention System (IPS)

An inline technology deployed behind the Enterprise Firewall. They automatically drop malicious packets and take proactive actions to mitigate threats.

e

Endpoint Protection and Endpoint Detection Response (EDR)

These are proactive protection tools for desktop, laptops and other endpoint devices. They often combine traditional Antivirus capabilities with Antimalware protection. EDR tools detect and remediate threats on endpoints devices. They work my monitoring user and endpoint system and compare their behaviour against behaviours of known threats.

Email and Web Security

Email and web communications are an integral enabler for corporate to flourish and meet their day-to-day revenue objectives. As per statistics more than HALF of the world’s population actively uses email be it personal or corporate. (PitchFunnel) 4.03 billion people use email around the world in 2021. (Kinsta) An estimated 4.6 billion will use email by 2025. (Statista) A total of 319.6 billion emails are sent and received every day. (Statista).

As of April 2023, there were 5.18 billion internet users worldwide, which amounted to 64.6% of the global population. Of this total, 4,8 billion, or 59.9% of the world’s population, were social media users.

At Clymora Technology we provide customized security solutions for the protection of both Email and Web communications from malicious actors who try to infiltrate the corporate networks through these attack vector which is conveyed via phishing, spam, domain and email spoofing, Malware attached Emails, web communication attacks include cross-site scripting, SQL injection, DDos etc.

Enterprise Unified Collaboration Solutions

This is the integration of multiple Enterprise communications tools such as Voice calling, Video conferencing, Instant Messaging, presence, content sharing into a single interface with an aim of improving user experience. These solutions allow for the communications of employees across countries as they are normally not at the same place.

Voice calling which uses the Voice over internet protocol is a technology that allows businesses to make calls using internet connection instead of the regular phone line.

Video conferencing Telepresence this is live a visual connection between two or more remote parties that have a face-to-face meeting over the internet.

Clymora Technology has expertise with different vendors to integrate a robust tailor-made Unified collaboration for high productivity. We have Cisco, Avaya, Yealink, and Grand stream.

Enterprise Data Center Solutions

Technical installation designed to collect, store, share, process and distribute large amounts of data. Simply Data Center is a physical place where all organizations computing resources and IT operations live. It can be on-premises or on a public cloud. Most of the time a Data Center is filled with cabinet and racks that are filled with Servers.

Data Center spans all customer processes. Supports productivity tools such as Customer Management platform, data backup and recovery, online transactions and service and product delivery to the customer.

There are three Data Centre Architecture:

Traditional

Uses separate hardware for the computing, networking, and storage.

Converged

Components like servers, networking storage are still concrete hardware components which is centrally managed from a single interface.

Hyper-Converged

The architecture is fully software-defined.

Physical Security Solutions

Security starts at the entry point. This is the identification and management of personnel access. Clymora Technology we provide several security technologies that deter theft, intrusion, and burglary.

Examples of these services and products are Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), Biometric Access Control, interior and exterior security systems.

Computing Devices and Accessories

Personal Computers

The personal computer has gone through many changes, modification, and improvements since the 1940’s when computers were as big as a house, weighing tonnes of KG, its wire running almost 450 kilometre and more than 700k parts. This is quite remarkable.

Computers and laptops are the best thing to have ever happen after sliced bread and without them life can be difficult as they have become an integral part of our lives.

At home they are widely used for playing PC games, multimedia entertainment, accessing the internet, social media communications via instant messaging, browsing the web, checking email, and downloading data or files.

In a corporate set up computers are used to perform tasks like accounting, desktop publishing, word processing, running a database and spreadsheets.

Clymora technology Limited deals with these four major end user Equipment vendors; Hewlett Packard, Dell Technologies, Lenovo, and Fujitsu.
